Warranty Policy
90 DAY SERVICE, TWELVE (12) MONTH
LIMITED WARRANTY

COVERAGE
TEXAS TRUCK A/C, INC. warrants all air conditioning and heating parts will be free from defects in material for 12 months from the date of purchase, to the original owner only (purchaser) unless otherwise indicated. Ultimate responsibility of warranty and length or term of warranty lies with each manufacturer, and therefore all manufacturers’ warranties will prevail.
TEXAS TRUCK A/C, INC. warrants all service (workmanship) on installed air conditioning and heating parts for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase, to the original owner only (purchaser) unless otherwise indicated. The 90-day service warranty includes labor and service call if applicable.
Due to the varying operating conditions and large glass areas, the air conditioning system is not guaranteed to maintain a specified temperature or specified climate condition in the interior of the purchaser’s vehicle. No representations or warranty is made by Texas Truck A/C, Inc. regarding the effect of the system on engine operating temperatures, engine power, fuel mileage, or any other operating characteristic of the purchaser’s vehicle.
TEXAS TRUCK A/C, INC. sole obligation under this limited warranty shall be to repair or replace any defective covered part or parts. The purchaser must report the defect in workmanship within 90 days of installation and must report the defect in material within 12 months from the date of installation to be eligible for warranty coverage.
The repair or replacement of the defective parts under warranty will be made by Texas Truck A/C, Inc. without charge for covered parts. You may be required to pay for labor or items not covered under this limited warranty.

CONDITIONS
This limited warranty shall be effective only if:

The air conditioner has been operated and maintained properly.

The warranty repairs are performed by Texas Truck A/C, Inc. or an authorized service center.

The system guards are in place.
CLAIMS PROCEDURE
If you (the purchaser) have a warranty claim, call Texas Truck A/C, Inc. at 972-289-2010 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. to schedule an appointment. If you are out of town and have a warranty claim we will have one of our authorized service centers perform the needed repairs. If the warranty repair is performed at an authorized service center you must return the defective parts to Texas Truck A/C, Inc. within 30 days after replacement and include the following information for the claim to be processed:

Original invoice from Texas Truck A/C, Inc. with original purchaser’s name and information.

Invoice from the authorized service center detailing part replaced, reasons for replacement, cause of part failure and pricing.
To receive warranty service, you must provide proof of purchase. TEXAS TRUCK A/C, INC. will not render warranty service unless proof of purchase is presented at the time service is requested.

EXCLUSIONS

This limited warranty does not cover any part which has already been warrantied once through an authorized service center. All warranties from that point forward will be the responsibility of the authorized service center which performed the repairs.

This limited warranty does not cover improper maintenance or improper modification of any part of the air conditioning system.

This limited warranty does not cover any part which has been subject to misuse, neglect, alteration or which has been repaired other than by Texas Truck A/C, Inc.

This limited warranty shall not apply to malfunctions or failures in material caused by operating the vehicle in an extreme environment which includes, but is not limited to: highly corrosive atmosphere, extreme vibration, or presence of chaff or foreign/airborne objects.

This limited warranty does not cover normal maintenance services or the replacement items made in connection with such services. Normal wear of service items are not considered defects under this limited warranty.

This limited warranty does not apply to any system that has been contaminated through the use of a different refrigerant than the system was designed for.

This limited warranty does not cover any part failure due to high head pressures from dirty or clogged condenser.

This 90-day service warranty includes the service call only when the previously installed part is under warranty. In situations where the jobsite has changed since original work was done and mileage is greater, a prorated service call will be charged for the difference.
