Parts Clerk

Position Overview:
Provides assistance throughout the service work flow, including pulling and delivering parts to technicians, ordering parts, and parts pick up.
Job Duties:
Overall

Communicate independently, effectively, clearly, and professionally with customers, employees, supervisors and managers to establish and maintain considerate and cooperative relationships

Follow all safety policies and procedures

Keep work areas and warehouse clean and organized

Inventory
-
Provide parts to shop technicians
-
Provide inventory replenishment for service trucks
-
Pick up parts and/or coordinate delivery from vendors

Monitor and fulfill backorders for warehouse and service truck inventories
-
Process RMA’s
-
Perform inventory cycle counts
​
Purchasing/Receiving
-
Create Purchase Orders and order special order parts as needed for the technicians
-
Purchase parts and supplies needed to complete jobs and ensure timely delivery
-
Check in parts from vendors
​
Product Development
-
Identify new products that need added to the product line and/or inventory
